Instructions for Visitors:

Step 1.

Click the link below to go to the Visitor Registration page.

Step 2.

From the Registration select “International Visitor” and click “Continue”.

Step 3.

Enter the required information.

Step 4.
|
Choose badge type “One Day Badge” or “Three Day Badge”.

Step 5.
|
Select any the quantity of any Special Events or Educational Events you would like to attend.

Step 6.
|
Complete payment process.
|

Step 7.

Upon Registration Completion, you will be directed to a page where you will find a link for International
Visitors to print a Letter of Invitation.

Instructions for Exhibitors:

Step 1.

Click the link below to go to the Exhibitor Login page and enter your company’s password.

Step 2.
|
Click on “Register Your Booth Staff”.
|

Step 3.
|
Enter Booth Personnel.
|
|
Step 4.
|
Select “Invitation Letter”; for the specific staff member. One letter per person not per company.

Once the form is received we’ll generate a letter of invitation.

We will contact you then to review that all the information is correct; then the letter
will be mailed to you.
