Cosmoprof North America welcomes the OTC community
by offering a special program along with financial incentive.
OTC owners / decision makers who attend the event can qualify to receive:

  • a travel incentive in the form of a reimbursement of up to $150 (housing reservations must be made through Cosmoprof North America travel agent)
  • complimentary 3-day show pass (value $110)
  • complimentary admission to the Increasing Revenue with Social Networking educational seminar (value $30)

The program is open to any OTC’s who fall within
the following categories:

  • beauty store without salon services – general market focus
  • beauty store with salon services – general market focus
  • beauty store without salon services – multicultural market focus
  • beauty store with salon services – multicultural market focus
  • open-line distributorship with store
  • exclusive line / full-service distributorship with stores

To enroll in the program please follow these easy steps

1.Contact a manufacturer rep group from the list below (please select one who covers your region) to obtain the registration code for your free show pass:

2.If you have seen the ads in Beauty Store Business Magazine / OTC Beauty Magazine / Beauty Times Magazine or received a direct mail from Cosmoprof North America, please contact 1-800-557-3356 to obtain the registration code.

3.Once you have the registration code, please follow these instructions to obtain your free show pass:
  1. Go to www.cosmoprofnorthamerica.com
  2. Click “Register Here” (in upper menu on the right side of the screen)
  3. Choose “General Attendee” or “International Visitor” as your conference role and click “Continue”
  4. Complete the requested information
  5. Choose a 3-day CPNA Badge (you will be prompted to enter your coupon code at the end of the registration process)
  6. Purchase tickets to Special Events and/or Business Education (optional)
  7. Complete the Cosmoprof Attendee Survey then click “Next”
  8. Review your Registration Summary then click “Next” or “Make Changes”
  9. When you reach the Registration Payment page, click “Click Here” under “Promotional Code” to add your coupon code
  10. Enter your code and click “Add Code”
  11. If you have not purchased any additional items, your registration is now complete and you will receive a confirmation by email
  12. If you have purchased additional items, enter your payment information and then click “Submit Payment”
  13. Your registration is now complete and you will receive a confirmation by email

4.Once you have pre-registered for the show pass, please make your hotel reservation within the Cosmoprof North America room block by calling 800-826-8133.

5.Print and bring to the event this Redeemable Form and have it signed by at least 3 exhibiting manufacturers along with a final signature from the PBA team. Click here to download

6.Lastly you will need to submit this Redeemable Form along with photocopies of your receipts from your hotel bill no later than September 1, 2010 so that a check can be mailed to you 30 days after your paperwork is received.
