Please note that there is no cut-off date to submit Request for Space Applications (RFS).  However, as the show date approaches, prime location is less available as most exhibitors reserve and confirm space early on.  We suggest you submit the RFS form as soon as possible since space placements are done according to the chronological order in which they were received.  Exhibit space sales begin earlier each year reason why we cannot anticipate an exact sales close date.  Submission of RFS form does not bind you into a contract.
