The Professional Beauty Association together with SoGeCos formed North American Beauty Events LLC, and administer the Cosmoprof North America show.

PBA - Professional Beauty Association
PBA is a non-profit trade association that represents the interests of the professional beauty industry, including manufacturers, distributors, salons and spas. 

Created in July 2004 when the members of the Beauty & Barber Supply Institute (BBSI), the American Beauty Association (ABA) and The Salon Association (TSA) joined forces, PBA brings these professional communities together for the first time to advocate for the industry collectively.

PBA serves the industry through five core competencies: education, government advocacy, commerce opportunities, research/statistics and public relations/image building. Members also benefit from extensive networking resources, business blueprints, benefit providers and more.

SoGeCos - Società Gestione Cosmoprof, S.p.A.
With offices in Milan and Paris, SoGeCos is the organizing force behind the Cosmoprof shows worldwide.  In conjunction with local partners from each market SoGeCos brings their marketing expertise, vision and sophistication to deliver a flawless experience consistent with the Cosmoprof brand standard.

The original Bologna Cosmoprof was established in 1967.  Today, there are four events worldwide that bear the Cosmoprof brand: Cosmoprof Bologna, Cosmoprof Asia (Hong Kong), Cosmoprof Shanghai (Shanghai), and Cosmoprof North America (Las Vegas). In addition, in 2005 SoGeCos and ESE (European Spa Exhibition – Monaco) joined forces to create the Monaco Spa Event, under the auspices of a new company, SoGeSpa Monaco.

SoGeCos is also responsible for organizing the Cosmofarma Exhibition, the Italian pharmaceutical industry’s most important annual event.
